Shipping policy

At SEYOR, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order to help ensure that your men’s bracelets, necklaces, and accessories arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Within Lebanon

SEYOR currently delivers throughout Lebanon.

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 6 business days after your order is confirmed.

Most orders may arrive sooner, but we provide the full delivery window to allow for possible delays caused by the delivery company, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, road closures, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Confirmation

Customers must provide:

- A complete and accurate delivery address.

- A valid and reachable Lebanese telephone number.

- Any additional directions required to locate the delivery address.

SEYOR or the delivery company may contact you by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm your order or arrange delivery.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if we cannot reach the customer using the contact information provided.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination, order value, delivery method, or available promotion.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the order.

If the delivery company cannot reach you or complete delivery because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, unanswered telephone calls, or refusal to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply before another delivery attempt is arranged.

Repeatedly refused or undeliverable orders may affect the acceptance of future orders.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for checking their name, telephone number, and delivery address before submitting an order.

Contact SEYOR immediately if you notice an error. We will attempt to update the information if the order has not already been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery information can be changed.

SEYOR is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Delays

If your order has not arrived within 6 business days after confirmation, contact us and include your order number.

We will review the order status and contact the delivery company when necessary.

A delay caused by the delivery provider does not automatically mean that the order is lost or eligible for cancellation.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect the package and item as soon as you receive your order.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact SEYOR within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Your order number.

- A clear description of the issue.

- Clear photographs or videos of the item.

- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.

Claims are reviewed according to our "Return and Refund Policy" (https://seyorshop.com/policies/refund-policy).

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

We are working on selecting a reliable international delivery provider. This policy will be updated when worldwide shipping becomes available.

Please do not place an order using an address outside Lebanon unless SEYOR has confirmed the delivery arrangement with you in writing.

Circumstances Outside Our Control

SEYOR is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, public holidays, road closures, carrier interruptions, security conditions, natural events, or government restrictions.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
